I really like these. I got them for my apartment size washer and they work very well. They are do an excellent job of reducing vibrations under the machine. They are not very soft (whi9ch can be good or bad depending on how you intend to use them) Easy to use, they seem pretty sturdy too. I like the quality. Some reviewers mention a strong smell but while they do have a rubbery/new tire smell I didn't find it particularly strong or objectionable. Excellent value.

Fixed washing machine walking and noise and dampened vibration. I put these under my wood DIY platform for the washer and it fixed the walking and vibration. They were easy to install and I did it myself without moving the washer. I lifted the front and put a small wood 1x2 block under the middle left and right side, just so the weight of the washer balance was towards the front and lifted up the back of the washer enough to slide the pads underneath. Then lifted washer front again and moved wood blocks towards the front of the washer to hold it up while I put pads under the front. The walking and noise of the washer wood platform on tile was gone! Should have done this a long time ago.

I've used these pads for multiple purposes, and they're definitely worth their price. First, I bought these when - in our apartment - a noisy neighbor's music system kept us awake, especially with the bass vibrating the floor and the bed. Combined with plastic bed risers, these pads reduced the annoying vibrations about 85%... enough to help us sleep better. More recently, I bought another set when we moved (yaayy, no more noisy neighbors!) and needed an apartment-sized washing machine. The spin cycle on it vibrates (and sometimes rocks, briefly, if the load is off-balance), so we needed these pads underneath the feet of the washer, so not to disturb our new neighbors. (The washer we bought - and LOVE - is "SUPER DEAL Compact Mini Twin Tub Washing Machine..." sold here at Amazon.) These pads work very, very well, and better than other, cup-style pads we tried, even though the latter were designed for washing machines. Some other customers have complained about the odor from these pads, and - yes - they have a rubber-y smell, right out of the package. However, that odor almost (not quite) disappears if you place the pads outdoors or by an open window, in the sun, for a couple of days. We've tried other anti-vibration pads and mats, and - so far - these are vastly better and worth the extra price, as well as any inconvenience while you air them out when they first arrive.

Arrived fast and makes a big difference with my stacking washer and dryer

I bought these pads to stop feeling my all-metal bedframe from vibrating when my neighbors, who live above me, stomp or walk. I put the pads underneath the legs of my bed that stands on my vinyl floors last night. I can't hear my bed creak when climbing onto my bed anymore but I think my neighbors still hear it upstairs. I don't know how loud it is or how much vibration they feel, if any. I give the pads 4 stars because I no longer feel vibration on my bedframe from any force impacting my ceiling. In my case, my neighbors heavy feet or them dropping stuff on their floor above my room.

I have the most violent washer in history, these have been a lifesaver... At least for my downstairs neighbors. I live on the second floor and unfortunately my washer would shake wildly and bang on the floor. These shock absorbers have helped a ton! At least with the banging on the floor. It still shakes and walks slightly.

Meanwhile, I had also ordered these pads to try out too. Wow, they were so much worse! With these on, the machine practically lost all support and shook even more violently! BUT, to my great surprise, they worked well! We have vinyl flooring and just by enlarging the contact surface was enough to reduce the vibrations.

So, I'm not using these as intended. I sew patches onto thick leather vests with an awl. A couple of these blocks taped together with fabric tape make a fantastic backer for this task, supporting what I'm working on and preventing me from breaking needles by having a pliable but dense backer to push the needle into. They're as easy to remove as the much higher priced cork blocks, too, and "heal" well. This pack should last me a very long time, but if I ever do wear them out, I'll purchase them again.

We bought these pads to protect our flat roof when using our astronomical telescope which is on a tripod with small feet, so it’s quite a heavy piece of equipment. The roof is fine so the pads have done their job well.
