My washer stopped moving around and its much quieter

Item was fine. There is no smell. But I don't think this is the right product if your washing machine has excessive vibration. This soft material makes the system less stiff and worsens the vibration. Instead, you might want to adjust the four feets to make sure they are all firm on the surface.

These work very well. They are about 1 inch thick. Their side is about 4" by 5" squares. I would say these friction pads are a very good value for your money. They fit great under any washer or dryer. Im sure you could find many uses for them. They don't have any noticeable smell.

I have purchased these several times for various applications. They are very durable and grip surfaces well. Great for generators, washers and dryers. They help to quiet appliances when they are running. The only gripe I have is they have a strong smell. I usually leave them outside for a week or two before use.

I got these as my downstairs neighbors have something that causes a low vibration all night. I also have bed bug interceptors so needed something round and these fit perfectly. At first it seemed great and I could sleep without being disturbed however after a few weeks when these became compressed I'm back to feeling everything vibrate.

These are way too soft for a washing machine. In less than a week, the legs sunk in so far that the frame of the machine was on the pad, so the vibrations went straight to the floor. This made the sound of the machine LOUDER!

So, I'm not using these as intended. I sew patches onto thick leather vests with an awl. A couple of these blocks taped together with fabric tape make a fantastic backer for this task, supporting what I'm working on and preventing me from breaking needles by having a pliable but dense backer to push the needle into. They're as easy to remove as the much higher priced cork blocks, too, and "heal" well. This pack should last me a very long time, but if I ever do wear them out, I'll purchase them again.
