No Yolks Enriched Egg White Pasta - Stir Fry Noodles 12 oz

I found these last year by chance. Ever since they are my GO TO noodle for stir fry's, soups,, etc. Most noodles once added to a liquid not only absorb most of the liquid but also become soggy or pasty. I haven't found that with these noodles. They keep their texture and stand up to the sauces or stocks you pair them with. Just follow the easy instructions and you're good to go.I also really like these because of the size and thickness of the noodles. The noodles are the perfect size for spoons, little/elderly hands. They have a nice chew due to the thickness. They're not to thick and not to thin, they're just right.They're getting hard to find in the grocery stores. Thankfully I was able to get them here. We're they a little expensive? Yeah, but when I figured it was these or use the noodles that I know turn pasty. The answer was easy. I'd much rather spend the extra money on something that is going to enhance my dish than spend it on the lower cost alternative that may create a disappointing one.I really hope that the No Yolks folks continue to make this product for a long time. I'd love to see some advertising for it. And, a push to get it back into stores so more consumers know they exist.In the meantime, I'll keep my fingers crossed and continue to purchase it here.

These are so so so good and so so so expensive now. I can't find them in our local stores so I did buy them here. They do last awhile because I use about a cup and half each time. For me that's plenty to be the base of a stir fry concoction.

I bought a package of these noodles on a whim at a grocery store. My husband and I loved them in stir fry dishes instead of serving rice. When I needed more, there were none available at my local grocery store. I tried 3 other grocery stores and 2 specialty stores. No luck. Found them on Amazon and always keep them in stock. Not too thin, not too thick, really soak up the flavor of the sauce.

I love these Asian noodles that are perfect for stir-frys or just by themselves with a sauce or seasonings and they go very well with seafood chicken pork and beef they are a little more expensive because of inflation than they normally were but I will still purchase them again

I love the No Yolk brand, but these were not a winner for me since I was expecting longer noodles.
