I love this posture corrector, I wear it while working at my computer to keep my back straight and it has helped with my lower back pain. I also feel less neck pain because I’m not slouched over like I was for long periods. It can be adjusted to fit what is comfortable for you and the quality is very good. It is also great for working out for me and my husband uses it while he works having to stand and bend for hours. I've try it out for a few minutes and I notice that the back is not sturdy enough because it bends. If I notice any improvement in my posture after 28 days I'll let you know.
