I'm a boy so I can't comment on the use of this product as it was originally intended. However, I've got lower back pain and this device is the most amazing strap-on portable heating pad on the planet. And the battery goes a long time! If you have back pain that is eased by the application of heat, this device should be part of your arsenal.

Strap has good length and stretch Pad and strap fabric are pleasant Points for portability love it car, work, etc. Mixed: Vibration is okay just not nearly deep enough, with bad cramps tens is preferred The hard plastic pieces can be a bit annoying Cons: Heating strip gets hot as hell, coming from someone who would happily relax in a cauldron of boiling water, use precaution and layer(s), level 2 is perfect for me

This product exceeded my expectations. It is very small and hides under clothing. It relieves pain like crazy and gets warm very fast depending on the temperature that you pick. The vibration levels are amazing and they're quiet only you can feel the vibration. It's functions very good and very easy to manage you don't even need the manual to be able to use it. The battery life is very long it takes a long time for it to discharge. Overall it is worth every penny and I will be returning.

It works great! Heats up within a minute or so, and that's at the lower setting. It easily adjusts temperature with 6 options ranging from 104F to 149F so it can be over clothing and still feel warm. It also has 6 levels of vibration for massages. Both settings help a lot with cramps. Initially I thought the adjustable band was too small, but quickly realized you want the heat pad to be flush to your body for best results.
