She is about 28inches tall and 20lbs, I got the large(12-24months) in black. It fit her perfectly! I was so glad I found this because I was going to order a tutu off etsy and it would've cost $60. This tutu is actually the exact fluffiness I was looking for and its not too long on her like those other tutus would've been, and it’s a third of the price.
