La qualité d’image en 4K est exceptionnelle, avec des détails nets de jour comme de nuit grâce à la vision nocturne. Le mode suiveur automatique est un vrai plus : la caméra suit les mouvements de manière fluide et précise, ce qui permet de ne rien manquer. La configuration via l’application est simple, même pour les non-initiés, et la connexion WiFi est stable. Autre point positif : les alertes en temps réel fonctionnent très bien, et l’audio bidirectionnel est clair. C’est rassurant de pouvoir surveiller et interagir à distance. Seul petit bémol : l’antenne WiFi pourrait être légèrement plus performante si votre routeur est éloigné. Mais avec un répéteur, tout fonctionne parfaitement. A: Hello, the SD card slot is below the camera lens, near the Reset button. When the camera look upward, you could see it.

**Q: where is the reset tool? I don't have one**
A: Hello, you can find a reset needle in the package to press the reset button for 4s to reset.

**Q: Can you save videos from the app that were stored on SD card directly to your phone?**
A: I haven't used it a ton yet, but I think that from the camera, you can save to your phone directly, or you can save to an SD card. Once you have it on an SD card, I assume you can transfer it like any normal file transfer.

I have an older Ctronics 2k camera and it's given me ZERO problems for 3 years. Got this new one, 4k 8MP. Picture quality is superb. These cameras are extremely simple to setup either with their own app, or even other IPCamera apps. Connected no problem. I use the "IPCamera" program on my PC to view 3 ip cameras, and this one looks GREAT! Sound quality is good, motion detection works fine. Put a 64GB SD card in it, records 24/7. Night vision is superb. I use it with a 4k monitor and when I zoom into stuff, the result is CRISP and CLEAR.
