No encaja en un rack convencional, para algun curl de biceps o press desde pines, incluso un remo es buena barra, por el precio si encajara a la perfeccion seria una ganga.

I personally did not like the feel of this swiss bar, It's light weight and hollow which some ppl might prefer, but I do not. I thought the bar would have a more natural feel, but for me it did not. I think a more solid Cambered Swiss Bar would be the way to go, but if you're in a pinch and want to save a few dollars give it a try. I didn't hate it, but wouldn't consider buying any models like this after using it. It's straight bar, and Dumbbell Bench for me, The basics work just fine and if you're going to buy a Luxury item, you might as well spend the extra dollar, because the looks, feel, and functionality will be vastly better from Cheap Models like this one. I still give it 4 stars because for under $100 it is what it is, but I still had to provide my honest feedback, I didn't like it, but you might.

I bought this because I only have standard size weight plates with 1" hole, and because this was advertised as having 1" frame. Thought it would work with standard plates but nope. Olympic only.

Like others have said, the bar is cheap! It’s super light weight and hollow, and it’s too thick to fit on the jcup to hang up when not using. Have to sit it in the corner of the gym on the floor and it’s just in the way now. Waste of money
