Great
Absolutely love it, tastes great and it's easy to use for all culinary meals (so far I've used it for pancakes, baked oats and porridge) Recommended

Delicious
Tasted really nice in my smoothie, it has a mild chocolate type flavour, easy to drink. Would buy again.

Great alternative to cocoa
We've been using this carob powder to make little carob treats that are similar to chocolate pralines, and I can't fault it. I've not used carob before so can't compare it to any other brands etc, but as far as I can tell this is good, nothing wrong with the flavour, texture, colour etc. All good!

Good quality carob powder
Good quality carob and makes a tasty alternative to chocolate. It was unfortunately packaged with a DVD and the bag split and covered the DVD I carob dust. No major harm done, but best to send foodstuffs separately.

Chocolate without being chocolate
I bought this to replace cocoa so my dogs would be safe if they stole brownies or chocolate cake. They also beg in a very cute way, so I wanted to be able to give them a little rather than refuse and get 'that' look all dogs give if they dont get a treat. Cocoa and chocolate is poison to dogs. This is a very good and safe substitute. Has worked perfectly in all bakes. Only slight issue is that quite a lot is in rock solid chunks which need to be pulverised in a Nutribullet first: a sieve isn't going to work. Apart from that, it's great.

Tasty and Naturally Sweet
Great cocoa alternative with a mild, sweet flavour. Perfect for smoothies, baking, or hot drinks. High in fibre and caffeine-free.

🇬🇧 I like using this carob powder as a chocolate substitute. As a drink, though, it did not convince me at all. The taste was not very good for me, and even with good mixing there was quite a bit of sediment left at the bottom of the glass. I find it much better for baking. I made sugar-free cookies with carob, pistachios and dates, and they turned out really good. It does not taste like chocolate, of course, but more earthy — and that works well in baking. I also do not love the packaging. The bag is much bigger than the amount inside, so a smaller bag or, even better, a glass jar would make more sense. And be careful when handling it — like cocoa powder, it dusts easily and can spread into the air.
