Easy on my gut
Easy on my gut. Live thatโs its extended release for this magnesium formulation. The only extended release I could find.

It solved the problem
I have suffered from night leg cramps (Charley Horses) for the past year that have been getting progressively worse. I have tried everything. Hamstring exercises, before bed, tonic water, seltzer, magnesium, B complex vitamins. Nothing worked and they became worse as time went by, sometimes waking me 2 - 3 times a night. I saw an article for SlowMag and thought this can't be worse than what I am suffering from now. From the 1st night I tried it to today 3 weeks later, I have not been wakened by one charley horse. It works, it's wonderful, I am truly grateful If you suffer from these, try it. You have nothing to lose but the cramps.

Miracle worker
My husband gets incredibly painful cramps over his whole body from working constructing everyday. He screams they're so bad. Sometimes the tops of his feet cramp and he has to get out of bed in the middle of the night and walk around to help them stop. For years we tried Bananas, pickles and multivitamins but nothing worked. These pills solved the problem in the first dose and first week he had no cramps. since taking these daily he had not cramped.
