Okay, we have tried every big name butt cream on the market. My baby has sensitive skin and gets irritated very quickly. At two weeks old, she got a terrible diaper rash and we bought this to use. It cleared up her rash by the next day! It is moisturizing, but not too thick as to trap too much moisture. You don't need a spatula or have to worry about the mess of the cream on your hands because it quickly sprays onto the peri area. It is so easy to use and is cost effective. I am not an expert, but I am fairly well researched and I trust the ingredients in this spray. We will continue to use this spray until she is out of diapers and for all future kiddos.

This stuff is amazing. My little one hates diaper changes in public and will throw a fit so I have to change her diaper as quickly as possible. This stuff cuts down on so much time and it saves room in my purse because I dont have to bring messy cream, a bum spatula and a plastic bag to contain the mess-covered spatula. It's so much quicker and easier to use this spray and there is no mess at all. This stuff is perfect for if you are on the go or in a hurry. I use it at home sometimes too when in a hurry. This actually prevents diaper rash and my daughter hasn't had any bad reactions whatsoever. The spray is like a fine mist so you don't have to spray it multiple times, it has really good coverage. I'll definitely be buying this again, no doubt!!

This is a must have for all diaper bags. It is a clean diaper paste that you don’t need to get messy with. the fact that I can spray this on and not have a thick white paste on my hands is worth every penny.

I got the non-spray version at my baby shower from someone who SWORE it was the best ever. Although I like the cream, this SPRAY version is my absolute favorite from Mustela! It’s super easy to apply and it just as effective in preventing diaper rash. I like that I don’t have to get my hands dirty, especially if I’m using hand sanitizer after a diaper change on the run. I do wipe the sprayer part off every couple of changes just because it will get clogged. Doesn’t bother me, can’t be mad the consistency does what you expect and create a barrier when it dries down. That is what I want it to do! One of the items I will gift all my friends who are expecting and will be repeat purchasing while my child is in diapers
