Just taking one a day with evening meal, does seem to help a little with food sensitivity. Also trying other things like low histamine probiotics.

This product caused severe itching about 40 minutes after I took it. It was like I was allergic to it. I can’t speak to the quality of the ingredients for this reason, but I do trust this brand. This was just not effective for me, and therefore not a good value for money. I also couldn’t find a way to contact the seller, but it does seem that I can return it.
