I love this car diffuser! It was easy to set up, and the app is simple to use. I like being able to adjust the scent strength and schedule when it runs. The fragrance lasts a long time without being overpowering, and it keeps my car smelling fresh every time I get in. It’s a little pricey, but the quality and convenience make it worth it. Highly recommend!

I bought one and gifted one for a friend. Both were unable to charge and would be red saying it needs a charge. Also I purchased 8 scents. There is no magic to it, it is just a gel. The pura is just a fan. These are a terrible value that don't last very long. The scents are great but way overpriced. If they sold the gel in a vacuum sealed bag and let us replace it instead of shipping the whole plastic container and it came in a 3 pack for that price then it would be compelling. But for almost 20 bucks for a 2 inch diameter of gel? This purchase is a pretty big regret lol

I like that you can adjust the scent strength and the ability to have it detect motion. That said, when you leave motion detection on, it automatically defaults to "Strong" scent strength. If this would default to your last used setting, or if you could change it that would be perfect. It could also be improved if it had a timer. Set it to freshen every 10 mins or so when motion is detected. Hopefully they can make a firmware update to fix this. Edit: it is now keeping the last scent strength as the default with motion detection on. Works great.

Overall Pura as a brand is solid. They for sure have top tier fragrances that smell amazing. Their new car scent for the Pro smelled amazing and it did have a luxury car ambience to it. However, the battery life is pretty short even when I have it on the lowest setting and I constantly have to have it plugged in. The throw of any fragrance even on the highest setting does not seem to fill the car. I have a SUV but its pretty small and does not seem to fill the entire vehicle. Outside of that it is fairly easy to use. Not quite sure if it is worth the money based on reasons mentioned above.

Battery life wears out quickly. No instructions to turn off. On the bigger side for air fresheners. Scent doesn’t stay long. Leather and teek is a great scent.

I love this! I bought the volcano scent extra since no scent pak comes with this. It was quick to charge and I like that it has an app for my phone that I can fine tune the settings. It may seem pricey for a car air freshener but it's worth the price. On the app, you can check and see how many hours and minutes it has actually ran, how much scent is left in the scent pak and at what level upu want it to operate.

Very disappointed in this air freshener. First the batteries don’t last at all I charged it up and had it set to auto mode (turn on off with car motion) and I would come out in the mornings and the batteries are drained and won’t work so I now have to keep it plugged in at all times to work. Second the actual air freshener pucks when you first use them day 1 are extremely overbearing and my first impression was good at least they will last. I have used 2 different pucks on rotation over a week and by day 5 /6 you can’t even smell them!! That overwhelming scent disappears extremely fast. This product is over complicated make you use the app for most features and doesn’t even work after a week. Very expensive paper weight.

Hello, I recently purchased the Pura Car Pro (Amazon.ae on June 3, 2025), but I am unable to connect it to the Pura app. The device powers on with a solid blue light but does not enter pairing mode despite multiple reset attempts (holding button 15–20 seconds, battery drain, app reinstall, Bluetooth reset). The app says “No Diffuser Found,” and I confirmed all settings and permissions are correct. Please advise on next steps or confirm if I can replace or return the unit. Thank you
