I have been in this stuff for 4 yrs now n can swear by it ! It's save my life n I am able to eat whatever I want even w no gallbladder! If u know u know this stuff is gold it's a must drink fast or mix w something but if u keep a it it will help so much! Buy it it's worth it ! I'm currently on the mango one which is so yummy they are all yummy n good for our belly's!!

Really like this. I mix this with the regular fiber flavor. Variety of flavors are good too. Taste better than the orange alternative for gut health.

I gave it a few days to get used to and, nope.. there’s no getting used to it. I have a hard time keeping up with my water intake, usually I use crystal light, mio.. anything water enhancing to keep myself hydrated. I figured while I’m finally drinking my flavored water, I should go for something nutritional and helps with my gut issues. Well, strawberry lemonade is my favorite.. until I tasted this. Idk why but it just isn’t strawberry lemonade. It’s not refreshing. It kind of taste like I put flintstone chews from when I was a kid and diluted it in a cup of water.. that’s how hard it is for me to drink it. Then after some time of letting it sit, it thickens which makes it so hard to consume cos first the flavor… then a weird texture?! Yeah… no. I was kinda sad cos I don’t think I’m gonna drink it anymore. I felt like I wasted my money for sure. On the bright side— packaging is cute :)

I couldnt get past the taste. But didnt really see a difference. The taste alone was hard for me to drink it every day.

Works very well to keep the poo flowing. Not like a laxative at all but very natural.

Might as well get Metamucil with collagen. The taste was ok, mixed well with a frother. But you don’t get as many servings for the price. Only 11 servings in the entire bottle. Not worth the price.
