Worked fast on our first try. The noise level wasn’t bad. The only issue we had was dispensing the l last bit of slushie. It was difficult to get out the last bit. Over all we are very pleased. Keep in mind we just got it. Only used once so far, but I’m sure we will be using it more often than I expected.

I have made milkshakes, wine coolers, margaritas, and coffee frappe’s. Every drink came out so delicious . I love the fact you don’t need ice it makes its own . Easy to clean too.

First I want to start off by saying I did read reviews. This one sounded promising and I figured sense it was cheaper than the ninja I’d give it a try. Set it up, let it sit for 24 hours, just decided to try it out. It’s been 2 hours and it’s still liquid. It doesn’t get cold enough. Live chatting gets you nowhere. Also I live HOURS from the nearest UPS/mail carrier. So returning things from Amazon are a pain!! I also don’t have hours to sit on the phone or live chat repeating myself over and over on why it doesn’t work. Also when I received the package a part of the box was soaking wet. From what?! Idk. It was beautiful outside without a rain drop in sight. Not sure if the wet thing means my box was thrown, tossed and something broke inside, because again idk what it went through during shipping. Packaging was put through the wringer but product didn’t look bad. It is loud, and doesn’t cool at all. So it’s a possibility either way. Regardless I’d just go in store and buy the ninja. Save yourself from having to re package all this and send it back and having kids upset that they can’t have a slushy.
