We absolutely love our HelloBaby HB6550 baby monitor! The video quality is incredibly clear during the day, and the night vision lets us see our children perfectly without disturbing their sleep. I also love that it doesn’t use Wi-Fi, which gives us extra peace of mind knowing it’s private and secure.The monitor was very easy to set up right out of the box, the battery lasts a long time, and the range is excellent. The remote pan, tilt, and zoom features make it easy to check on our children without having to go into the room, and the two-way talk is great.Overall, this monitor has given us so much peace of mind. It’s reliable, simple to use, and packed with helpful features. I would definitely recommend the HelloBaby HB6550 to any parent looking for a dependable, non-Wi-Fi baby monitor!

Great customer service- highly recommend! Monitor worked great and all of the cameras as well- around the 1 year mark no sound was being transmitted through the monitor to any of the cameras. I reached out to customer service and they emailed me some troubleshooting steps which did not work. They worked with me to try to find the issue and said I may have a faulty monitor, but possibly something with the cameras as the lullabies were not playing on all of them. The company sent me a whole monitor and camera set under the warranty which was amazing and unexpected. Very responsive customer service and really try to help the customer. Highly recommend despite the issue- the customer service has bought me to become a loyal customer to this brand

*edited* The company reached out to help me troubleshoot the issue and ended up sending me a new monitor which resolved it! They also sent some new wall mounts which was very kind. Great customer service!!Not a bad camera system but the microphone stopped working after a few months which was incredibly frustrating as that was a feature we used. Don’t like that you can’t remove a camera from the rotation if no one is in that room but we’ve adapted. Probably wouldn’t purchase again.

Amazing product and even better customer serivce if you ever need it! This camera has an amazing night vision feature, the video quality is good, sound quality is perfectly loud and clear. It is easy to set up and use. The cameras offer lullabies that can play into your little ones rooms, right through the camera!! If you're looking for a camera system that isn't on wifi, this is it!!!

This monitor and camera system has been great. It’s easy to add cameras to the monitor should you need more. The picture and sound quality both are good, my children seem to be able to hear me through the speaker on the camera which is nice.Our monitor did quit working after using it continuously for over a year and a half, I reached out to customer service and they were able to send me a replacement monitor that paired easily with the existing cameras.
