Large Vintage Canvas Messenger Shoulder Bag Travel Crossbody Purse Briefcase Business Bag for 15inch Laptop

Ordered this for my husband because he needed a new bag for a new job. It’s held up spectacularly and looks SO nice. I actually commented on it today when he was getting ready to leave, how nice it looks and he said, again, how much he loves it. The pockets make it super functional for storing and keeping things organized. The adjustable strap has worked well for making it easy for him to carry on his person, especially if he also has his hands full. It’s not too heavy but seems durable. He uses it every day for work, Monday through Friday and has it quite full, so it’s holding up well. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Considering getting one for my teen to have for carrying his after school club necessities in, since his book bag is crowded with school day items.

I bought this bag to use as my "personal item" for a flight and to use while walking around NYC. It was perfect. It fit my laptop well. The laptop portion had a little extra padding to keep my computer safe. The various pockets kept things organized. The fabric is really heavy duty and isn't showing any wear. I had an entire bottle of water leak inside soaking the bottom completely. By the end of the day it had already dried fully. This will be my go to bag when I am doing something that I need to be able to carry stuff around.

Received product updated and muted blue . Construction 5 stars .Product has magnetized metal snaps with decorative buckles. Bag 's appearance is as pictured!. Zippers are nylon and open and close easily. Flap acts as security feature as does shoulder strap. Zippered pocket on flap, under flap zippered pocket sewn onto outside of bag and zippered pocket on back of bag.Ability to wear as crossbody to keep weight distributed. Doesn't mention water resistant so will add that to bag.Lining brown soft to touch. Most likely polyester.Shoulder strap is thick brown sewn to thick durable squares of brown material onto ends of bag . Sturdy,attractive, padded on strap and inside bag, holds plenty of art supplies. Lightweight but durable. I am glad I bought this bag and so will you. Take advantage and look closely to construction and features of bag.

I use this bag almost daily. It's very useful, feels great, made well, and a great buy. It's like an army bag, but not as bland. I like it a lot and highly recommend it. The material is thicker, color is OD Army green, strap is long, with enough room for a 15 inch laptop and supplies. The only gripe I have is it needs a shoulder pad for the strap. Otherwise, fabulous bag.

I only have 1 class on campus and I didn’t want to carry around a backpack like most because I’m a very petite person and all backpacks make me look like an infant. I chose this because I was hoping this bag would solve that problem, it does. I don’t get comments like “that backpack is bigger then you!” 🙄 The only struggle was to find a bag that was big enough for my enormous text book. This messenger bag is large enough and sturdy enough to hold it from one class to car, to home. I don’t carry it all over campus, if I did, I fear my shoulder would fall off from the weight of my book. However, the bag shows no signs of any type of heavy weight, no straps breaking, or fabric tearing. I do wish it had a stiff bottom but it hasn’t shown any tearing so far and seems sturdy. I carry my laptop with it which doesn’t help the weight but it’s spacious enough to carry my big book along with a couple notebooks and a laptop, with extra pockets for pens, ect. It’s just what I was looking for and it has held up well throughout my semester so far. There are no signs of wear or tearing, the only thing I have to complain about is the magnets to hold the front flap, it is VERY strong and will rip the fabric, I never connect the magnets in fear of that. I’m positive it has the strength to but it never connects without you making it so I never have issue, especially since the bag has a zipper anyway. I love my bag and will use it years to come, as long as it will allow me. I would purchase again.

I really like this bag and I get a lot of compliments for it. Just enough pockets but not so many that things get lost.

I had owned this bag for 4 years now and it was worth every penny I paid. It holds all my stuff perfectly, it’s incredibly durable and versatile. It’s perfect for school or work or whatever occasion. It has an insane amount of space and everything is so easily accessible. It’s made of very very sturdy stuff and it has served me well the past 4 years. At this rate, I’ll never need another bag, treat it right and this thing can go to the grave with you. Highly recommend.

Not real big , but not to small too. I have a rolled up rain jacket in main pocket in the bottom. it has 2 zips inside. .1 I have little zip pack with cell cord and plug , emergency power cell . Small orange wal mart first aide kit. - Back pockets has sew kit, notepad , paper ,pen . -Front pocket flap has snack. Dude wipes, floss kit. - Main front has ext. 9mm s&w M&P clip. , pepper spray, pen. marker , Tylenol. -On the back zip , i have few zip ties , 8 ft of cord , small notepad . Not to heavy, Strap is very comfortable! Good get for 30$ to get a heavy backpack off my shoulder. Let's be honest , im 6'4 280 . I carried my backpack on one shoulder anyway . Get this and make it easier . ( side note : May wanna get a bar of canvas wax to treat the big flap , its not waxed very much , if your gonna be in and out, or outside with it alot. )

External canvas feels good, but the inner lining feels cheap and is quite loud when moving around.

The bag in the picture and the bag I received are significantly different in quality. My bag had no shoulder strap pad and no leather nametag or tabs on the zips. The interior is not lined with quality fabric like in the pictures and the back is missing the luggage strap. Unfortunately I have been away and it is outside of the 30 day return period, but I will try to return this anyway under australian Customer Law as it is as it is unacceptable.
