It was recommended to me to use MCT8 as it is sage to use and wont make my condition worse. So are so good. I put on a lite coat and let it absorb into my skin. Then about 20 minutes later add another lite coat. After a while it absorbs well too. Just don't slather it on and go to bed or your hair and pillowcases will get oily. Let it set in! I have had no side effects. It is a little pricy but a little goes a long way and it should last a long time.
