The multiple outlets, for 2 or 3 prong plugs, USB connectors, I believe you can charge 12 devices at the same time, and don't have to worry about overloading your outlet. It's this small, compact square, with a 5ft, thick, braided, durable cord, that can be transported and used anywhere. No more trying to locate outlets to charge everything, this is all you need.

The box it comes in isn’t the best and doesn’t feel like high quality—I’d say it’s average. However, the cable itself is very good and its overall performance is solid. One thing worth mentioning is that the product listing doesn’t state the power rating anywhere; it’s only mentioned in the manual, which is a bit absurd. Other than that, everything is fine.

I picked this one for three things. 1. The color of the device and cord. 2. The cord end is one that provides space savings; it fits flush with the wall. 3. There are outlets on the sides of the device. I did not invest in this power strip for portability, but it would work well for a long trip where you have luggage large enough to fit it in; it's not an overnight trip kind of carry. I like that it has USB ports, both A and C, but they are not high-power USB ports. They are definitely the overnight charge kind of plugs. Overall, it's a nice power strip.

These new square power strips I've been seeing and started using are so much easier than the long rectangular ones. They take up less space, don't flop around to their sides, and work just as well. It's much easier to use multiple outlets, especially if you have large charging cords that would take up 2 or more outlet spaces on a traditional strip. I also appreciate the USB charging capability. I also look for the braided cords because I like them better. If you haven't tried a square or flat charger yet, you'll be amazed at how much more convenient and efficient it is.
