The pads only take 10-15 seconds to heat in the microwave, making it super easy to get quick relief. The pack only takes 15-20 seconds. My only complaints: they cool down rather quickly (within 5 minutes there's a significant difference in temp) and the plastic can be uncomfortable if you apply directly to skin. The pack comes with a cover, but the pads do not, so a thin t-shirt material is a nice buffer. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and it is super quick and simple to help with Raynaud's. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for the pricr *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2018* Comes with 1 breast pad that heats up well, only used it once.
