No one is perfect but they are close for me any way
The other 3 that I have got still work perfect except for the first one speaker dont work but they all still work great and the weather that we have where I live is harsh to say the least that is why I was so surprised when the programing or some thing to do internal kept this one from. Working right yes I will buy this product again I have also set up 3 people I know with hole systems from boavision equipment and no problems so far ant they where 50+ and cought on how to use it fast and been happy so far so thank you again for the quality products and I understand that they can't all be perfect all the time but you have done really good for me so far so thank you again for your hard work and ease of use and durability of your product

Best camera for home surveillance without paying for cloud service.
I love these cameras. Even bought one for my mom, who loves it as well, and she lives in a different country. Sometimes the connection gets a bit iffy, but it does not happen often, and it is easily resolved by unplugging the device. Extreme value for the cost, I currently have 4 around my apartment perimeter. It comes with 2 camera quality, HD and SD, just in case your internet connection speed is lagging. I have mine always in HD and rarely have issues. Besides having 2 lenses, one fixed and a panning one, it has sound and voice features, intelligent tracking, and a flood light that can be off, on, or triggered by motion. I love that it is not cloud-based, and I can just use an SD card. I love the app, easy to install and navigate. You can view live feed and videos at the same time. Zoom in and ou,t and also have picture settings. You can program when to record, and it you want notifications. It also has a siren if you need to deter intruders in private zones. Camera can be triggered by sound as well, which is very sensitive as it picks up a lot of background noise. You can have multiple cameras grouped in the app, tap, and see all of them in real time. You can add other cameras via QR code. My only hang-up is that it is not truly a 360ยฐ for the panning camera, which leaves me with some unseen areas. Amazing product.

Pan and tilt feature failed in less than 2 months on all 4 cameras.
These cameras are easy to setup. The picture quality is good and night vision works well. The motion tracking works really well or at least it did for a short time. I got 2 of these cameras, I put them up. They were great so I got 2 more to install at my mom's house. Again they worked great. One thing that i didn't like was the range of motion from left and right. I had some of this brands single cameras, they could rotate almost 360 degrees. I assumed that these would be the same, I was wrong. These cameras only go about 200 degrees. So you cant mount it on a corner and expect it cover both directions, it just cant turn that far. Anyway I still thought that they worked well. But then less than 2 months later, all 4 of them have failed in the same way. They no longer rotate left or right. They still tilt up and down but no left and right movement. They didn't fail at exactly the same time. First one failed within 4 weeks then a week later the second one failed, then the 3rd failed, etc. Clearly there is a design or manufacuring issue that has caused all 4 of these cameras to fail in the exact same way. They worked long enough to exceed the return window so now I'm stuck with them. They still work well as a stationary camera but that's not why I purchased a pan and tilt camera. I will need to replace them with a different brand.

Fixed angle should be adjustable
The camera works great. Good quality image, easy to set up. Its not my first camera from this company. The app is easy to use. We shall see how it handles the cold weather. Its -4ยฐ rating is not quite enough. Sometimes my others dont like it but always come through it. One other slight annoyance is it will stop working once in a while. A power cycle will bring it right back. One issue with this camera that I had to work around is the fixed lense is not adjustable up or down. Its designed to work best from about 8' high or so. I mounted it much higher and had to build an angled base to make it focus where needed and not the neighbors yard. I put this in an area where winter will be brutal on it. We shall see how it survives. If you live in a milder climate, than this camera should work well.

Excellent Outdoor Security Camera
1. Amazing Video Quality: The 2K Ultra HD resolution makes a big difference. The footage is crisp and clear, whether itโs day or night. The color night vision is a huge bonus โ many other cameras only offer black-and-white at night, but this one captures vibrant colors, which helps with identifying details in low light. Being able to speak through the camera using the two-way audio feature is fantastic. Itโs perfect for greeting visitors or warning off potential intruders when Iโm not home. The setup was quick and simple. I connected it to both my 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi without any issues. The app is intuitive and lets me easily view live footage, check recordings, and adjust settings on the fly.

Great camera at any price.
Correction! There is digital zoom in hicampro app. If you have existing cameras, you will want to update your app. The controls for this camera only appear in tue newer version of hicampro. Please note: There is no zoom (digital nor optical). Described as "PTZ" which is important because it does pan and tilt very well. I have asked them to add the text "no zoom" to the listing. I have lots of experience with off brand cameras for my home because money is precious. This one does exactly what they describe: Works perfectly with any brand or off brand 5MP ONVIF NVR out of the box if hardwired. Wifi setup requires fiddling. Another user described direct login on port 80--my experience , my camera did not. App and nvr only for configs. Uses CamHiPro app which is imho the best of the apps. (Many sellers dont even list the app because they dont know and of a thousand cameras they ship from the same listing, there will be 300 diff no label cheapo garbage using who knows what app) This seller describes accurately and ships exactly what is shown. Dual camera split screens can be frustrating but this one works very well. On NVR can attach one or both cameras separately which is great for heads up (or recording i guess). Excellent buy regrardless of price but without zoom function the price is right on - sub $50. Take the risk. Of the 20 or so other listings at same price point with terrible results, This one is the good choice.

Blue Iris Blues.
I never write reviews but this time I felt it necessary. Let's talk about the pros first: Adding a camera with the phone software is easy, the software itself isn't bad either. The image quality is good for the price point, I thought the feature where you can click screen 1 to aim cam2 was clever and handy if you use the app. Two cameras in one is nice, twice the coverage for the same installation effort as one camera. OK, here's the bad in no particular order: 1. (minor) There's a slot in the camera near the SD card slot, that if you insert an SD card it, could cause the SD card to fall into the camera. This almost got me a couple of times. 2. (major) No web UI! Why are we going backwards? I also tried using ONVIF Device Manager (ODM) as well with basically no real success. 3. (major) This thing does some odd stuff with IP addresses. I like to set my cameras to a static IP using DHCP mapping. These cameras will sort of listen to that and then grab some other IP address as well. The 2nd IP it randomly decides to use isn't even in my DHCP allocation range! I'm a Blue Iris user, so if you plan to just use the app then you can ignore my cons list. This review might be a little harsh since they don't state in the description any promises that these cameras work with Blue Iris, but I used a ton of their single cam variation in another install and they were all great, so these are a big let down. I did get them to work but the IP issues made it rough, along with not being able to use a web UI to try to troubleshoot/config.
