In one sense long enough but a real stretch when folded back to get 'hook' velcro to reach the 'eye' velcro. The range of adjustment is very small - about 2 inches/5cm of ankle/wrist circumference. Max circumfernece is 9.5 ins/24cm. Implied minimum is therefore 7.5 ins/19cm circumference. If used with the velcro hook-to-hook this adds a further 4cm to max circumference (say 28cm), but less secure and not reliable for running or other impact exercise. All measurements very approx. because of 'squidginess' of sandbags and variable 'oblateness' of human wirst/ankle cross-sections.
