Summertime Fine…. Ladies… pick this one. It’s not teeny-bopper or little girl. The vanilla and sandalwood is dreamy. The smell is sublime; instantly it puts you in a good mood. This was really done well. The top, middle and bottom notes work in concert with each other. It’s soft. It feels nice. A kiss of shimmer with a natural glow. It makes your arms and legs look great. I was afraid it would be too sticky, hard, glittery, or one-note. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that this worked out for me. The price is right. This will be my new go-to. It pairs nicely with other scents. I might get bold and try their other scents. Love, love, love!

I actually really liked this. I am in my 50’s so I normally do not like things with too much shimmer or glitter but I found this to be more shimmer than glitter and it worked well for my mature skin. Loved the smell as well. This was great for the summer when I wanted my legs to have more of a shine and coconut oil was just not enough. I found the oil not too greasy and it shimmer just enough!

Glowy, shimmery, moisturizing, smells amazing. It’s a little greasy but I like it in the summer and use it while laying in the sun. I love this body oil so much I bought it for my mom and sister as well!

Im so glad i purchased this product I love the sent it last all day n im a shimmer girly its not to much but just enough to wear during the day or in the office at work Idk what they put in this product that makes it a oil without being oily lol but i love it. Every other oil I used left me feeling like I was a piece of fried chicken straight out the grease lol but you only need a small amount so it last a long time. It’s so pretty in the bottle looks so elegant makes you feel rich.

The Saltair Shimmering Body Oil in Salt Water Vanilla is a beautiful product. The only 3 reasons I don’t give it 5 stars are because: 1. The shimmer is not very long-lasting. When I apply it before bed, most of the shimmer effect is completely gone and absorbed by my sheets by the morning. I assume pants and leggings would absorb it in the same way, but I’ve only ever worn shorts after applications during the day, and even then, the shimmer seems to fade after 4–6 hours. 2. I have to apply a lot of oil to achieve the amount of shimmer I desire. It averages about 20–25 pumps per use. 3. The 4-ounce bottle size, combined with needing a lot of product for each application, means I’m going to run out of it pretty quickly. Here’s why I like this product: 1. The glow: If you’re looking for a subtle glow and a light shimmer effect, this oil is perfect for you; apply it before a night out, while wearing a swimsuit, or when going to the gym in your favorite workout set for a beautiful gleam. 2. The scent: It’s a divine, warm mix of sweet and spicy notes. It smells like vanilla, amber, and toasted marshmallow. It pairs really nicely with tropical, woodsy, sweet, or spicy perfumes—it’s very versatile. 3. Consistency and absorption: The oil absorbs nicely and has a light, runny consistency. Because it’s a dry oil, it isn’t too thick, nor does it leave a sticky feeling on the skin. 4. How my skin feels: I’ve used this oil 4 nights in a row, and every single morning I wake up, my skin feels so soft and smooth, with no residual stickiness or residue left behind.

This looks, smells, and feels divine. After my first day wearing it I re-ordered another bottle because it's so good. The scent is subtle but luscious and the shimmer is a lovely glow, without glitter, and just a touch of starlight. I wish the Saltwater Vanilla was offered in the body butter. I'm begging Saltair to keep this scent in their line-up - I LOVE having a vanilla scent that doesn't include coconut. I've ordered multiples of every offering.

It’s pretty and smells ok, but this brand is very over hyped in my opinion.

I originally bought this body oil because I wanted a beautiful shimmer for evenings out. The shimmer is gorgeous, but what completely surprised me was how incredibly moisturizing it is. I actually stopped thinking of it as my “going out” oil and started using it every single night before bed because my skin feels so soft and nourished when I wake up. The fragrance deserves its own mention. I had never heard of Saltair before purchasing this, and I typically gravitate toward more luxury body care brands. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this completely exceeded my expectations. The scent is beautiful, rich, and sophisticated. It doesn’t smell overly sweet or harsh it just smells elegant. This product has genuinely introduced me to the Saltair brand, and now I’m excited to try more of their products. I came for the shimmer but ended up falling in love with the hydration and the fragrance. If you’re looking for a body oil that leaves your skin looking radiant while also feeling deeply moisturized, this one is absolutely worth trying. I knocked for one-star because the shimmer didn’t meet my expectations.
