Great pan
Wonderful pan. Heats up evenly and cleans easily

Best saute pan I've ever owned. Sad it's discontinued. Can't find a replacement of similar quality.
I can't understand why they discontinued this product. It's an excellent saute pan. Nothing sticks to it and it's so easy to clean. It still looks and performs like new after months of regular use. I wish they'd make them again.

Very difficult if not impossible to fry eggs in.
This is the absolute worse pan to cook fried eggs in. No matter how much or how little butter you use, the eggs will stick to the pan, making a huge mess. I have tried starting the pan on a very low heat, but it made no difference. I wanted to return this pan, but the date for return had gone by. The pan is ok for other foods you may want to saute or fry other foods, but I was specifically looking for a good pan to fry eggs in, and this is not it!!

Better than All Clad
I have had this skillet for about two months and have used it at least once every day. My other non stick skillet is a 12 inch All Clad D5 which was a lot more expensive and is already showing a lot of wear after a couple of years. My experience with this skillet is only on an induction cooktop but I expect that it would perform equally well with gas or electric. Specific features are: heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, flat, non-stick works great and seems quite durable, relatively lightweight. Curvature of sides makes it easier to “shake and flip” sautéed items. I liked it so much that I ordered the 8 inch version as well. Quality is excellent (made in Brazil— better steel) and exterior remains bright and shiny. If you are looking for a non-stick skillet you will not be disappointed with this series and Tramontina in general.

Not Non Stick Anymore
For those who purchased a Tramontina ceramic fry pan, I get why you are all excited. I was too... initially. It performed really well... initially. I liked the first pan so much, I bought another of a different size. But now, a few months later, the pans are no longer "Non Stick". I can't fry an egg, no matter how much oil I use, without it sticking to the pan - fried egg becomes a messy scrambled egg. I followed the instructions to a T for preparing the pans to use, and for cleaning the pans, and still the frying performance is now very poor. Where to the non-stick coating go? (In me?) You have been warned.

Buy this fry pan
Non stick ceramic, heats evenly, cleans up quickly. You can spend way more but doesn't get much better than this for most work. Get a stainless or carbon steel if you want to sear. Will buy more of these - way better than teflon.

Finally, a good non stick frypan that doesn't threaten to wear out quickly (and poisonously?)
I love this pan, i have been babying it a bit because I don't want it to spoil. It heats evenly, and cleans easily, with a genuine no stick surface. I had never tried ceramic surface before, I am very pleased with it.

Non stick that sticks
I bought this Tramontina Signature 10-Inch pan based on good reviews, but I regret it. After just one month of normal use, the nonstick coating stopped working completely. Food sticks to it even with oil or butter. Very disappointed — it should have lasted much longer for the price.
