This really does taste and smell like real milk. Using it for pudding mix, and it works great. No trouble mixing it into things, unlike the coconut milk powder I've tried. ew. I won't be buying any other brand.

Powdered milk is surprisingly convenient, especially if you don’t use fresh milk every day. It reconstitutes easily and tastes fairly neutral — not exactly creamy like fresh milk, but good enough for cooking, baking, or adding to coffee. The texture can feel a little grainy if not mixed well, and it lacks the fresh flavor of liquid milk, but it stores forever and doesn’t require refrigeration until mixed. Overall, it’s a practical, no-nonsense option for anyone who values shelf life and versatility over luxury taste.

For the simple ingredient, I gave 5 star. This milk powder has a strong milk fragrance when it is added in coffee. However, milk powder can’t replace real milk. The structure of these two matters are different. Haven’t try use it to bake cookies, it should be good.

It takes like a regular milk powder. I don't believe it would be like milk. I keep it around for the cooking purpose. I put it when i run out of milk. I occasionally did for coffee. Not as good as coffee but better than nothing. Good for travel. A little concerning part is that there's no expiration anywhere. I really don't like that.

I love having this on hand for my morning coffee. It’s also great to use in many recipes. I always keep it on hand.
