We received the new tankless water heater, heated it, and installed it. This was a replacement for one installed approximately 6 months ago. Worked perfectly the first time. Purged the system of all air and turned on power. Had hot water with no issues. Set the temperature at our desired level and tested. Been in for 3 days, and we immediately noticed the difference. The old one had flow issues. Had to reduce the flow so much that it was almost a trickle. This one, on the other hand, worked as expected immediately. I washed dishes and found the water was so hot we had to use cold water so my wife could rinse. We have no regrets other than wishing we had ordered this one to start. I would not hesitate to buy this one again.

Required a lot of rewiring and adding a new breaker. Only partially heats at the kitchen sink in my camper. The flow rate is so slow that it won’t even reach the bathroom sink and shower. All and all, it’s pretty much useless but required too many modifications in order to even attempt to get it to work so it’s nonrefundable. Buyer beware!

This water heater really surprised me, it is powerful, small and compact. I also had some questions, called customer service they were quick to reply. I had no issues getting my questions resolved. Excellent service and product. Highly recommend!

Pops circuit breakers. Pigtail power supply is too thick for standard 3-prong plug usage. 1/2” NPT fittings are larger than 3/8” fittings under my sink. Flimsy mounting hardware

I was disappointed with this water heater. It takes way too long to warm up the water when I need a quick shower. Even at the highest setting, the water stays lukewarm for ages and I expected much faster heating. It’s frustrating and definitely not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it if you need hot water quickly.

Does what it says

Works as it should, you just can’t push household water pressure through, it stops heating over 3gpm. I have to back the water valve down until the unit reads 3 gpm max. Then it heats very well but the valve is backed 75% but it for my shop, so it gives use hot water for washing hands. And our coveralls in the washing machine

This product does not heat as it states it will provide enough hot water to fill a coffee mug and then it’s cold again. Unfortunately after completing the wiring to install this, the 1 month return window is up - we now own this faulty or unsuitable heater.

I purchased the 4500 watt You will need a 30 amp breaker. Thinking this should possible be 220 volt but package said 120 volt.

Installed in customer house and he is very happy! He called just to thank me which means a lot coming from a man of few words.
