It smoothes you out. But you still need to stay flexed. See pics. I’m not sure how I feel about this product. It’s tight but I don’t feel it does much tummy control. The bottom strap is comfortable but moves easy so I think that’s why the tummy control is lacking. The shareware does not stay in place.

Smooth out my back fat, wish there was a lil more boob support (lifting wise) but overall I recommend it, the thing section made my booty pop more.

I am 162 pounds 5'3 38DDI was expecting for my midsection to get snatched as many social media reels showed... this was not the case. I ordered the S/M. This has no compression, does not slim you down, and the straps are very thin providing no support for these big girls. Definitely not worth the money.
