I’m very pleased with the cleaning results from the VEVOR Sonic Cleaner. After using it, my records looked noticeably refreshed and much cleaner overall. It’s especially useful for cleaning several vinyl records at once, which makes the process more efficient. A solid ultrasonic cleaner for anyone looking to improve the condition and appearance of their record collection. The temperature control was simple to adjust, and the machine remained stable throughout the cleaning cycle. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, while the overall construction feels sturdy and durable.

So a few things; It can easily take a gallon of distilled, maybe a touch more, before it's full. I use Tergikleen and highly recommend it. 7 drops in 1 gal and you're good. The hose won't fit the drain, but who cares? Throw it away I've found the spin speed to be okay. If you do a 15-min session, it's certainly getting to the discs. I was able to clean 10 LPs at once, but I would suggest 3-4 max? TAKE YOUR TIME if you want to use the drying rack and build it right. Drip-away without using a vaccum process is fine. I would use a dunk of clean, distilled to finish it off, however you find fit. It is noisy, but that's the point. Use in another room. Make sure you practice with some old thrift store records first. Work slowly. Don't be rushed. I take the records right off the spindle while mounted, which means a hasty move means the back of the record can get scratched. Just play it safe. I use a VPI 16.5 to vaccum the records dry if I'm rushing. I find this machine to work fantastically and with amazing value. Distilled water and some cleaner is all you really need. The manual stinks. Find YouTube videos that show the how-to's. You may want to peel the "spacer discs" since they are coated with plastic; the film can end up in the bath. Use the cover even with the spinner attached. It still keeps the liquid from evaporating.

Some reviews said it was noisy , I didn't think it was that bad . It was easy to use , well built great price , worked well . I bought some used records that looked really clean , but had a lot of pops and hiss . I tried to clean them buy hand a couple of times without much success. I used the machine and they were noticeably better . I used a good surfactant tergitol , it cleaned well I'm happy, TimT

It is an excellent machine for removing surface particles and other material stuck to your vinyl, though it won’t perform miracles. It will eliminate pops due to particles and improve sonic clarity, but deep physical scratches and other indelible marks won’t go away. Others have written about the noise running the sonicator and the record spinner (two separate units), but the sound isn’t intolerable. POWER TIP: get a voltage regulator (also sold at Amazon or elsewhere) to power the spinner at 3 to 5 volts (runs at 24V) so the motor runs slowly. Search online to corroborate this info on voltage regulation, so check for yourself. This machine is a great value. Full stop.

The set up took a little longer than expected and I had to come online to figure out how to put it together since the instructions didn’t tell me a lot about assembly. Took a while to heat up but heat stays constant once it reaches temperature until the timer goes off then the heat shuts off. The machine quality is fine, good for the money I guess, I’ve never used any other ultrasonic cleaning devices before. It got my records clean. They told me it would be loud but I wasn’t prepared for just how loud. The motor to turn the records is loud and constant when on, the buttons on the cleaner each have a dramatically loud beep when you press them which I wish they didn’t, but both of those are not as loud as the ultra sonic cleaning which is really really loud, I wore earplugs during use and I woke up today with my ears ringing, definitely need to have it in another room or you could ruin your hearing over time and will not be able to hear the records you are cleaning 😆 it functions well, I’m glad I have it, I have to find the best time, place and system to use it efficiently, because with how long it takes and at that volume I may not continue using it so that I can protect my ears.

Affordable and effective ultrasonic cleaner for your prized vinyl collection. Just a few minor issues. First of all the cleaner itself seems of high quality. I've used ultrasonic cleaners at work for years in the med/pharma industry. Not sure how robust these will be by comparison, but they are made from stainless and feel sturdy. Controls are simple and effective, albeit a bit on the loud side. When pushing the buttons on the front of the unit, they beep pretty loudly. Now are the areas of concern. First, the drying rack is horrible. Mine was missing a few washers and some of the wingnuts, but either way setting that up is awkward and didn't feel entirely safe. I opted to make/3d print my own. Second issue is with the "spacer discs". There are several spacers included in the kit and they are essential in way the way the system fits on the rotation motor. the problem was that the through hole on 3 of the discs were slightly undersized. I had to use a drill to open them up slightly so that they would fit on the motor shaft. Lastly, my issue is with the rotation speed. It moves way too fast. you have to give the ultrasonic agitation some time to work and this motor has to be moving at 5-6 RPM, when it should be going much slower (1-2 RPM). I was able to buy, separately a variable voltage adapter that allows me to slow the motor down significantly. The record cleaning hardware seems to be thrown together to make it work with an industrial cleaner. but the price was right for my budget so I'm overall happy with the purchase.

I am so glad I purchased this for my records. I can’t believe how much dirt I see at the bottom of the pan after cleaning several albums and what I difference it makes when play them on the turntable. No issues at all with it. Easy to use too.

I was a bit skeptical about whether this would be a sufficient option for cleaning records, but it is such a huge improvement over the Spin Clean at a great price point. I haven't used higher end models, but after using this, I also don't feel the need to upgrade further. The images speak for themselves. There is ample information / reviews from people online - and I am very happy with my decision to purchase. Will have to see about longevity + durability, but this really can't be beat for the price point.

Funktioniert tadellos und ist einfach zu montieren. Aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Deckel des Ultraschallbads auch trotz Antrieb für die Platten geschlossen werden kann. Deshalb würde ich einen kleinen Punkt abziehen. Aber das wäre Jammern auf hohen Niveau

appareil acheté pour une collection de disques vinyles en 33trs et 45trs . pour le moment , j 'en ai nettoyé environ 500 , c'est très efficace ! cela va beaucoup plus loin qu 'une brosse évidemment ! pour les 45trs : ne pas hésiter à remplir la cuve au dessus du marquage , il faut des centreurs 45 trs pour tenir les disques entre les rondelles fournies , ce n'est pas serré , mais ils tournent sans soucis . conseil : remplacer l'alimentation d'origine 24V par une "universelle" j'en avais une chez moi , je fais tourner le moteur sur 7,5V . du coup : 3 trs / minute ,au lieu de 7 trs /minute , c'est mieux ! sinon c'est parfait ! je règle sur 28° et 20 minutes . je ne me sert pas de l 'égouttoir fourni car il n'est pas pratique à mon gout . bref ; bon appareil pour nettoyer à fond ses disques sans se ruiner !
