Power Distribution Box, Temporary Power Distribution Center, 50A California Standard Twist-to-Lock, Ideal for Temporary Power Needs

I wrote this review after having a problem with the unit I received: "Once I had the plug wired to a cord, after testing the cord and plug, I inserted the plug (that is recommended for this power center) none of the GFCI protected breakers would reset, I had power on the 30 amp plug, and on the Generator male twist lock plug after testing with my volt/amp/ohm meter. I asked Rufus the Amazon AI if there was an internal reset, but the Rufus AI stated no. I asked if this unit was3 phase (it is not) and the AI stated it was. I would caution the use of Rufus as it was not precise. I don't know the intricacies of the programing of the AI, maybe that day I caught the AI with a lot of question and answer traffic. I cannot access a wiring diagram, nor do I want to void warranty by trouble shooting this unit. I am a 45 IBEW construction and instrument technician with experience dealing with single and 3 phase power centers and high distribution voltages. I first questioned myself being retired until the logic steps to determine cause concluded the unit. I understood this unit was new and not reconditioned. I do wish I could speak directly to a service technician regarding this unit. This is a single phase 240 volt unit (or the ID rates 125/250 volts.) for the benefit of other potential buyers, I don't want to mislead in what I am sharing. The unit is probably a good unit after checking out the company, so I reordered another to give the seller a chance." With appreciation to the seller, and the Amazon return system, I was refunded, and as promised, gave the new unit a chance to prove itself. The unit powered thru the plug wonderfully, each breaker engaged and powered the six (6) GFCI 20-amp 120 volt receptacles which had power, the GFCI receptacle tripped and removed power, and reset to restore power. As a 45 year IBEW electrical wireman/instrument technician I am very pleased with this unit. It will be used to provide power for our church outreach event on May 2nd.
