Eatable for the gluten sensitive once in a while
I cannot trust the USDA; however they must use a clean flour because it does not upset my system. I only eat pasta when I cook for friends and can send it home with them. Lovely texture.

Excellent dry pasta
This pasta is on the expensive side, but it is worth it. You just need to look at the white color to know it was dried properly. Holds cooking very well, stays al dente, great texture.

These are very gummy no matter how you cook them. Slow fast Al dente well done. I threw them away.

Bad packaging will arrive broken
Great product carelessly packed, result most pieces arrived cracked and broken. Got a refund. When shipper packages properly will give it 5 stars

Pasta takes forever to cook.
My wife bought the Mezze Maniche pasta not at Amazon. The instructions on one side of the package indicated a cooking time between 8 like they serve in Rome to 11 minutes depending on maximum texture to soft bite. This pasta to our amazement took 20 minutes to be able to eat it al dente. We could not believe pasta which my wife cooks often would take so long to cook.
