Best LED replacement for 20 Watt Incandescent MR-16 Bulbs that I've found to date
Since the advent of LED MR-16 bulbs, I have been on the lookout for a suitable LED replacement for the 20 Watt incandescent MR-16, as that level of light output is about the most you want or need for most landscape lighting applications. This bulb comes the closest to being a true replacement for the 20 Watt incandescent bulb. At 210 lumens, its still about 30-40 lumens more than the 20 watt incandescent would be. I knew that going in, so I did not deduct a star for that. The most important specification for landscape lighting is color temperature. High color temperature LED lights have a lot of blue light in them, which causes a lot of glare to the human eye, and does not reflect that well off of plant material, which tends to be brown and green. Lower color temperatures cause less glare to the human eye, and reflect better off of plant material. This has been the downfall of LED MR-16 lights since they came out. According to the specifications on this website these bulbs are rated at 2700K, which is the same color temperature as an incandescent light source. The bulbs came in boxes that had no specifications listed on the box, so I'm not sure if the manufacturer itself believes or knows what the specs are themselves. To me the color temperature looks higher than 2700K, might be 3000K. Still a big improvement over most MR-16 LEDs.Personally I would like to see some 2400K bulbs, which would be perfect to simulate light from a camp fire or Tiki Torches.

Inaccurate color temperature
The color temperature is not the stated 2700K. Do not buy this light if you are trying to match existing 2700K LEDs or incandescent bulbs. The temperature is definitely above 3000K, more like 3500K. There also appears to be a slight green tint to the light, but nothing that I can substantially confirm. Overall I would not recommend this bulb for any indoor lighting, outdoor might be acceptable.

Would buy again
The items all work fine and they fit in my application getting rid of the cool whites going to warm lights
