the product quality is really outstanding and easy to use. my father is using it with ease and also it acts like handsfree which makes it even more convenient while taking calls. one does not have to remove the hearing aid again and again to take calls, as it is in the case of other machines. Also, the battery life is way better then other prior machines we have used earlier. the volume can be adjusted as per the requirement, which makes is very convenient to use. i will recommend it on the basis of easy to use, practicality & functionality

Right ear device is not working
I am disappointed after using for a month, very difficult to use and charge. It seems the right ear one is either not working or not charging correctly. Can Amazon help on this.

Left unit is defective. Needs replacement.
It was working fine. I could get my hearing enhancement normally, as well as used it as bluetooth earpods. After 2 and half months, the earbud feature works only with right earpod. Left continues to work as hearing enhancement mode only, when the aika hearing aid is connected to phone via bluetooth. It is annoying. I don't get any details about warranty or service support. Hope amazon will help, as it is a costly gadget.

Worth to try
This should work for a medium hearing issue person. It just amplify the sound. You have option to adjust it as per your need. Can't connect to mobile via bluetooth. But in comparison with hearing aid clinic cost, this is better. I bought it for my 75 year old mother and she is happy. It costs me 10k where hearing aid from clinic asked 50k and above for same type. On top they give 3-4 years of warranty only, so not worth to buy from clinics.
