First of all PHENOMENAL customer service! Had a few missing parts and instead of returning I reached out to their customer service. Provided all the information then needed and they sent me all the parts. This is by no means a 1 person job, I tried it and ended up getting my son to help me. The majority of building it can be done with 1 person but instead of fighting with the roof supports my son did help. He finished out the roof with me and then helped me hang the doors. I am a maintenance tech by trade and found the misalignment of some of the holes an extremely minor issue and the trade off of the top notch customer service a huge plus. A few of the corners were slightly bent but all pieces workers back into form. I’d absolutely recommend this shed if you’re looking for something in the lower price range. Just know it’s going to take several hours of work to assemble and don’t do it on the hottest day of the year like I did!

I recently purchased this building and overall the assembly process was fairly straightforward. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and the building went together without too much difficulty. It is a lightweight structure, so keep that in mind if you're expecting something extremely heavy-duty. My biggest issue was that the shipment arrived in three separate boxes over multiple deliveries, which made it difficult to know when I actually had everything needed to start assembly. Once I began putting it together, I discovered that two parts were missing. I contacted the manufacturer, and while they did respond, the replies typically came in the middle of the night, making communication slow and frustrating. The most disappointing part is that the replacement pieces are expected to take over a month to arrive, leaving me with a partially assembled building that I can't fully use. The product itself seems decent for the price and is relatively easy to assemble, but the missing parts and lengthy replacement process significantly impacted my overall experience.

It's okay for what we needed it for, but I would not order it again because trying to assemble it was a nuisance some of the holes don't line up it very flimsy so easy bend, like I said for what we use it for is okay but if you need a good storage shed then this is not it..

For anyone complaining about this shed, it needs to be understood its a BUDGET build. Yes, the panels are thin, yes the instructions aren't the best, BUT... For anyone with a decent set of hands and needing some extra storage space on a budget, this one is a no brainer. I solidly believe those experiencing issues didn't follow instructions entirely (admittedly, than can be easy to do sometimes), and it was assembled wrong. Within the first 24 hours of this thing being built, we got hit with a massive thunderstorm and my backyard flooded! However, this shed was BONE DRY. I did replace the screws for the roof with TEKS roofing screws (1 inch, 26 gauge for reference), as well as put a silicone bead around the outer permiter, so im sure that helped tremendously. But again, for the cost, it is amazing for what it does. Furthermore, when assembled correctly, I can attest to its ability to stand up to harsh weather. Ive attached pictures to show what I mean. All of that water and the shed was dry!

Great quality for a shed perfect size we got the 10’ x 12’ it took a while to put it together, but once it was together, it looks great. This is for someone who is looking for a shed, but on a budget! I would repurchase.

Excellent Customer Service — They Made It Right I purchased two 10x12 metal sheds from Patio-well. When one of them turned out to have significant issues with the dimensions not matching what was advertised, I was understandably frustrated — especially having already paid a laborer to build a platform floor sized to the advertised specifications. What followed was a customer service experience worth recognizing. When I clearly laid out my situation, my concerns, and what I felt was a fair resolution consistent with their own return policy, Patio-well listened. They provided prepaid return shipping labels and offered a $670.66 refund — exactly what I had asked for and what their policy supported. No runaround, no lowball settlement forced on me, just a fair outcome once we got on the same page. Resolving problems like this fairly and promptly is how a seller earns long-term trust, and Patio-well delivered on that. I'm actually considering purchasing their 12x20 shed based on how this situation was handled. A seller willing to stand behind their product and make things right when something goes wrong is a seller worth doing business with again. If you're on the fence about buying from Patio-well, know that if an issue arises, they have shown they will work to resolve it fairly.

First of all, the material is very thin which i was shoked when arrived. Couple panels were bend upon arrival. I did reach out to customer serivce via email and they came thru but sending extra of the same parts which is great, even beyond for some companies. The dimensions of the shedd are a bit off, but it is doable when you know your basic maths and or know construction. Normaly I dont review, but it is a reasonable shedd for an affordable price but then again you might run into some bumps. I dont have a picture of the final project but it is still standing even with all types of Chicago weather. I would definitely advise to make an base that it is secure.

This might as well be tissue paper. Flimsy as can be. Not worth the purchase, instructions are not good, and the whole product looks like people had wrestling matches on top of the boxes before being delivered. Too much rooms for rats and other animals to get in. Do not buy this crap
