So good. My favorite gels that helped me hit my marathon goal. Tried and true through every long run. I alternate between these and the caffeine free ones. Taste about as good as running gels can lol and you get good value for the money. I don’t mind the thick texture / consistency but I would def recommend drinking water after. Easy to rip open with one hand if needed and use during runs and they are very effective for fueling. I’ve never had any gut issues with these gels and I can be sensitive with that. Overall great gels. Very happy with them.

Love the strawberry kiwi flavor. On the thicker side of gels but its made with honey so makes sense. Gives me enough caffeine and energy to keep going on my long runs. Doesnt upset my stomache and took 6 of these during my marathon and didnt even have to use the bathroom till afterwards, buying more for sure.

These work great! Flavor is fruity and refreshing, consistency is similar to honey and pretty thick. Goes down easy and no upset stomach at all. I use these for long runs every hour and after about 10-15 min I feel a good boost. 10/10!

I really like this product. It gives me a boost when I get close to bonking out. The taste is great too!

Works well-very good energy

I’ve tried probably 5-6 brands for gels and honey stinger is my favorite because of the thin consistency. Some gels are hard to swallow because they’re too thick and their flavors can be nasty. I also like how this version has caffeine since it allows me to take it right before or at the start of a race and then switch to the non caffeinated honey version (which is a different product than this one). Lastly when I’m on the bike it’s easy to tear the top off with my teeth which can’t be said for other brands.

These are clutch. In the mornings when I’m exhausted.. eat one of these. Gentle on stomach. Easy to bring. Not very messy.

Pretty tasty. Gets you wired for sure. Make sure you got some kind of task going on when you try it because for me anyway it made me feel a little stir crazy for sure lol.
