**Q: how do you get the sides of the pool?**
A: I just sprinkled it over my steps, that is where most of the stain was. The sides had a film of stain, that came off after the bio-erase circulated through. I also used Bio-guard Pool Magnet (helps grab stain and filter through), and Bio-guard Sparkle up (helps clean filter). I haven't had any problems since I used all three products. My water sparkles.

**Q: Can it be used for above ground pool**
A: This will lift iron stains from any surface.

**Q: can it be used in a pool with a heater?**
A: It has zero bearing on heater equipment or any other equipment! Actually if you have high iron you are doing all your equipment a favor by removing as much as possible from the water.

**Q: How long after using the product can you swim in it?**
A: Hi M. Smith,The label says that swimming can resume after applying as long as your chlorine level is between 3-5ppm and ph is between 7.2-7.6Hope this helps.
