These are so good that I'm almost tempted to buy a few extra bags to give out on Halloween. But I probably won't because I'd want to keep them for myself instead. When I first tried Gruns, I was a bit skeptical about their claims to be both tasty and healthy, but they have quickly become one of my favorite snacks. I began noticing benefits a couple of weeks in, so I would absolutely make sure that you're giving them enough time to do their magic. Ultimately though, the reason that I continue eating them is because I just like the way they taste. I could see the Kids version being a perfect lunchbox or after school snack, and I will continue buying the adult version for myself!

These are so easy for on the go and taste great! They are vitamins, so no they will not taste like your favorite candy, but I look forward to having these everyday. I like that they have kids and adult versions too.

11 year old is fine with them but 3 year old doesn’t like the taste 😭

No idea how these are so loved. There’s no way i could get my toddler to eat these. Heck, i don’t even want to eat them. The taste is disgusting and you have to eat so many of them in a serving. I couldn’t do it and quite sad to be stuck with these I’d personally go for something where a serving is 1 or 2 gummies - I can cohorse my toddler into a small serving but 8 of these is nauseating

I have type 1diabetes and when I have low blood sugar these are the perfect 15 grams of carbs and I don’t feel like I’m eating candy. Are they good tasting? Not really. But they’re edible and if I use something that’s too good I’ll just want to keep eating more and more. I do not do that with these. lol

Such a great snack, my 3 year old loves them and I love that they are individually packed and can be given on the go! Nutritious too! I buy the sugar free ones!

I love these - both for my child’s nutritional needs and myself. I swear by them. I’ll only have a couple a day but I don’t feel as tired as I used to. The ingredients seem whole and pure. Might be somewhat pricey for what they are but I like that they’re packaged in a delicious gummy bear form and I like the flavor. My child’s also looks forward to getting them (she’s picky) and likes the taste. My husband, however, claims the taste “healthy” and bitter. The definitely have sweetness to them and sure, you can tell the aren’t candy, but there good!
