My only problem with it is that it has a matte finish that can easily attract dirt and stains (especially since it is white!). I got my Kinujo only about a month ago but it already has some yellow stains from one of the hair products I use, I suspect it’s the heat protectant. I tried scrubbing and scrubbing but it won’t come off. Apparently, this styling tool is prone to stains and I don’t think it can be avoided. Neat freaks(like myself), please keep this in mind. But since it performs very well, I can look past it somehow. Fragily packaging
The shipping took so long and the shipping box was literally the product box. The box had no cushion whatsoever and I was worried about the damage. My product seemed to be ok but I would be worried if I decided to buy it again from this seller. The product itself is really good but it seems like I cannot apply much pressure while using it because it wouldn't close fully. There is a plastic thing preventing it from closing completely and I don't know if this is a good thing. Overall, it's ok.

Best iron ever!
It's amazing how fast it heats up - 11 seconds to 140 degree (lowest), 13 sec to 180 degree, super fast. I have very dry frizzy hair but this iron changes my hair to sleek and shiny. You don't need the highest temperature - I use 160 degree (second from lowest) so no damage or burning smell. I love this iron.

can't find value in price
It's a very good product! but I don't know the value of the price. If I use it for half a year, I may realize that it is good for my hair. Also, I am worried that white body may become a stain in the future.

Broke in a couple month
I love this hair iron but it didn’t turn on. I’ve been used it maybe once a week in a couple month. I’m so disappointed. I never buy it again.
