Great laptop
I was looking for a personal laptop and this one has exceeded my expectations. It is a great laptop that handles all my needs effortlessly.

Great choice!
The laptop is very good; it arrived quickly and was well packaged. The seller was attentive and answered any questions quickly. Everything was perfect. The battery lasts a long time, the screen resolution and brightness are perfect, it's lightweight, and has good connectivity features. I recommend it. A great choice!

Great.....until it isn't
This is a great laptop.....until it isn't. I received this laptop around 9/26/2025. Out of the box, it was working phenomenally to run as a dedicated laptop for my laser engraver. Fast forward to 11/15/2025 and it won't get past the Samsung screen. Contact with Samsung customer support was unfruitful, as both agents acted as if my serial number didn't exist. I'm no computer dummy, and I tried multiple solutions like safe mode, recovery, etc. When I couldn't access either of those, I decided to take it to my local shop as I felt sending it off would take too long and may not even be helpful. Turns out, the SSD (green label WD NVme) was bad and causing the boot failure. Now I'm spending almost half of what I spent on the laptop to repair it, and losing all my data in the process. I wouldn't gamble on this particular laptop again.

I like it but it has a couple of issues
I love Samsung computers and this is my third. They are responsive and have beautiful screens. I must, however, mention some weak points. 1. the mouse pad is bad, almost unusable (also a problem of previous Samsung computers) but I use a wired mouse. 2. It has only 1 USB port. I had to buy a hub of USB ports, which works. And, oddly enough, it takes multiple seconds for the cursor to appear despite your moving the mouse all around to wake it up. By the way, although this vender promises MS Office for a Lifetime, there is no such Lifetime MS office. Vender sent me a couple of proof of purchase keys which were invalid. Then no response. I gave up and bought it myself.

Get a More Powerful Galaxy Model
I absolutely love Samsung Galaxy laptops, however, this particular one is not powerful enough for me. It slows down sometimes when I have a lot of tabs open, it doesn't have a touch screen, the screen quality is very average, and the speakers are pitiful. Galaxies are great, but spend some more money and get a higher model. I was trying to save money but regret not getting a higher-end model.
