I have to say that Royal Milk Tea (or the black tea variety of this) is actually one of my favorite drinks of all time, and I lament its lack of availability here in the United States.The Matcha Green Tea variety of the milk tea seemed to have so much promise then, combining my love of Green Tea and my love of Milk Tea. Alas there is a reason this does not appear to be a variety available in Japan. Green Tea is known for its subtle grassy flavor. There's a reason you don't put green tea with milk usually.Some Japanese drinks have gotten it right, but unfortunately Tea's Tea is not one of them. It tastes essentially like lightly sweet, green tea flavored milk.It's actually OK for me--a bit of caffeine, decently tasty and not terribly unhealthy. It is very good tasting and is very lightly sweetened. The less sugar the better and real sugar only. It does not taste bitter at all, and is a joy to drink and goes down too quickly. I like the taste of green tea but this just tastes like a good drink. It is in plastic bottles and arrived intact; heavy, because it is liquid.
