This is the worst product. It's not worth buying. I purchased it two months ago. Initially, it was working fine, but then it started troubling me after 45 days. The left earbud is not working. Looks like it is not getting charged when placed back in the charging case. I tried all the ways to resolve the problem by myself but could not succeed. Since it is under warranty, I tried reaching out to customer service, but no proper information and response.

Don't purchase this earbuds, it is waste of money, my earbuds got defective after 20 days after date of purchase, only one side earbuds sound and other side is died , not working, even battery ends only to 15 minutes only. When I replacement seller does not co-operate me , earbuds are under warranty, but no replacement from seller and Amazon.. it is scam to sell third grade poor quality earbuds to customers.
