Description says 18 inch,... however the Product Description says 15 x 12.5 x 3.5 inches so are they really 18" or 15"?

The package size is 15 x 12.5 x 3.5 inches, but the hangers are 18” in length. The hanger’s ends lay corner to corner, which is why they are able to fit into the 15 inch box. The pictures should explain my response so it makes more sense to you.

I see some say they are good for t shirts are these stronger or not?

These are very thin, lightweight wire hangers. They will support t-shirts but anything heavier weight will require putting 2-3 hangers together using tape to make one strong hanger. Thank you
