This compact neck and back massager is great. It has 3 modes to massage and you wear it like a backpack with the straps under your arms so it stays on you. The heat function along with the massage rollers feel great especially while I am working for long periods. It has an automatic 10 minute timer so you do have to turn it back on if you want longer massage sessions, but I use this massager for at least 30 min a day. It has already helped my muscles loosen up and feel better and relaxed. Highly recommend. The carry case is very handy too and its completely wireless in case you want to bring it on the go wherever you go!

Update: intermittently stops working here and there. Not sure if it’s just the one I got or not so lowering to 4star Impressed by the pressure level and how well it works hands free! I can go about my day and get things done while feeling relaxed. Highly recommend for those who need tension relief in the neck and traps area. You can hear slight noise but it’s not out of the ordinary. For those who love the heat, you will love that feature!

I have lots of shoulder and neck pain and this is a great machine. It usually takes about two nights to work out my kinks and I have to run it twice each night back to back. On the second night I’m good as new and the pain is gone till about the next week. Had one before and it lasted about 4 yrs of much use so definitely worth the money. The heat mode on this one is much better than my older one so definitely go with this brand.

I think this might be great for the right person. I am a smaller/more petite person (5' 3" ~110lb) and it was too large to really apply appropriate pressure to my neck. I feel like it would be good for a person with a larger neck. As it was, it didn't work all that great on me.

I have suffered with a back bad, neck and shoulders due to car accidents and injuries for more than 20 years. I've seen countless chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncturists, acupressure, Reiki, cupping, physiotherapists, etc, etc. As fantastic as these treatments are they really add up not to mention who has time for that when you work and are a full time MOM??? Within the first 15 minutes after using this massager I am relaxed, feel less pressure, less tight, and feel comfortable and soothed. The amount of pressure that it applies is perfect for me. It is really getting into those tight knots in my neck and back that have already delivered much needed comfort and alleviated soreness. I have a different brand of shiatsu back massager that initially felt good, but the aftermath of using it was so horrible the next day that it actually made me feel worse. This is perfect for eliminating really sore muscles and knots while delivering soothing comfort. The amount of heat that it imparts is soothing as well. I absolutely LOVE that the massaging nodes change direction while massaging. I go to bed with sore back and neck daily and can't sleep because of it. After using this I feel like a million bucks! I just don't have enough to say about this! Grateful for relief of pain in the comfort of my own home! Unsure? TRUST ME....GET THIS ONE!!!

effective. Its not going to fit everyone so I see some people say it not ergonomic, tpu just have to adjust. It's powerful and doesn't make very much noise. The only I.provement I can see so far is it would be smart to place the controls further down the strap or on a hand held device so yi7 wouldn't have to take you hand out of the strap to change settings. And it should have a vibrate function.

I got a similar neck/shoulder massager more than a decade ago at a fair (they always get you at those demos) and I have hardly used it because it was so heavy and unwieldy and I could never really target the stiff muscles in my shoulder or neck to my satisfaction. So I was a bit wary that this similar style one would have the same issues, but it was great! Lightweight, sits in the right spot on my shoulders while on the couch watching TV so I can rest my head on it as well and not have to hold my head up. I can easily slide it up or down to neck or upper back and get a really good amount of pressure to relieve tightness. I'm really happy I got this and have used it more times in one week than I've used my old one in the last 10 years. This runs for 15 minutes at a time and auto shuts off, but you just start it up again, it doesn't overheat and have to 'take a break' to cool down (my old one did that, you could only use it for half an hour and then you'd have to wait for over an hour for it to cool down, then it would only run for 15 min. and have to cool down again). The price on this is also great value for money.

I suffer from chronic neck pain and tight knots, my husband got me this as a gift and I could not be happier! The massage is so amazing, I need a pretty intense massage to really work out the knots and neck and shoulder tightness and pulling the straps gives me the exact intensity I need and relives my muscle pain and headaches. It’s easy to use and without pulling the straps is a pretty gentle massage. The only thing I’d improve was I’d prefer the heat be able to go higher, I don’t feel much with the heat setting turned on.

It’s great but there is not much heat. I don’t feel the heat on my shoulders where I have a T-shirt on. Feel a bit of heat on my neck where there is no piece of clothing!
