I was quite surprised by the taste - I expected it to be pretty lackluster and awful, but it was actually quite good. I wish it would toast up to be crunchier, but it really doesn't. It is an acceptable substitute, however. The cinnamon rolls were particularly good - but I wasn't sure if it was because of the cinnamon and sweetener along with the cream cheese sugar free frosting I made to go with it. Nevertheless - very good. That said, all the ingredients are EXACTLY the same on all their products whether it's breads, buns or cinnamon rolls? Why is that? Why not label it a generic mix with different recipe instructions on the back like other generic baking products do? Curiously yours...

I bought the variety pack of these baking mixes and really enjoy them I have made hamburger and hot dog buns, as well as the sandwich bread. What a pleasure to actually eat sandwiches that taste good without needing grain-based flours to do it! Bread products are just something that is very hard to find when you are eating Paleo and/or Keto, especially to actually have them taste like the proverbial "real thing". These products do that and are really easy to prepare. It is just a given that products with healthy, high quality ingredients are going to cost more money. I find it is very worth it to be able to enjoy meals with bread in them, from time to time, without breaking my dietary habits and/or spending huge amounts of time on baking from scratch. BTW, the recipes to indicate that you will get a lighter product if you use egg whites instead of whole eggs, and that seems to be true.

I ordered this four-pack, mostly to try the rustic bread and cinnamon roll mixes. Funnily enough, I ended up baking the sandwich bread first and oh, my yum. This bread is divine when toasted! My husband makes a mean BLT, but most gf and paleo bread can't really hold up to his toasting methods (plus they usually taste like chalk). I'm delighted that the bread from this mix can. A little butter (and some garlic) and this toasts up beautifully. I could hardly tell the difference for grain bread-- I'm so excited! (We also used the leftover bread to top our French onion soup!) Now I can't wait to try to cinnamon roll mix (if the sandwich bread is any indicator, I'm sure it's going to be yummy too!).

This bread is tasty and toasts really well. The nutty flavor is satisfying. I happen to be allergic to wheat products regardless if it’s gluten free or not. This is a great alternative. I will more than likely order this again.

I bought this product knowing it isn’t the same as bread made with the gluten we’re used to. Good flavor, liked it the first day and toasted. Second day the texture was difficult for me, ok for my toast, but for someone not used to gluten free, grain free foods, this is a very good product. I will use it again. I just have to change my taste buds a little.

I cannot believe how easy and tasty these breads are! I am not a baking type of person and was not optimistic about how these mixes might turn out. If you follow the directions exactly it is absolutely impossible to mess up. I have made the buns, sandwich and baguettes perfectly. My husband and I love the flavor and texture and health value. The breads store well and maintain their soft texture. I use store bought egg whites and Bragg organic apple cider vinegar. Perfect! According to my husband I am now a “pioneer woman” 😂

After having to be on a strict diet for health issues, I thought bread would forever be a thing of the past, so you can imagine my joy when I heard about these amazing baking mixes! They make me feel like I'm not missing out!! The cinnamon rolls are one of my favorite treats. I eat them plain, but depending on your diet, you can add icing on the top. I haven't tried the hamburger buns yet, but I look forward to trying them soon!
