Not overloaded with sugar, but I still dilute them in 20-25oz because I am after more hydration.

This dissolves pretty good and taste okay. It does seem to takes lots of ice to stay cold so beware of that. I’m not a huge fan of how bare bones have started to add additional ingredients and natural flavoring to the products.
