After some research and trying out other similar products…this came out easily the best. I bought 2 ..one for my husband other for me for our flight to Australia and back. We were delighted and they made such a difference to us. It clicks securely under your chin and can be adjusted. It was firm but comfortable and totally supported my head and neck. . Not cheap..but you get what you pay for and it was certainly worth it. Two long exhausting flights really put it to the test. Some say they found it hot to wear…we didn’t. It is bulky but squeezes into a small bag which clicks easily onto hand luggage. Really don’t bother with anything else ..specially the cheap horseshoe pillows sold everywhere. Those for me are useless. Go for SNUGL!
