24/7 Activity Tracking with Heart Rate Monitor, Automatic Sleep Tracking Fitness Tracker Review: Simple, durable, amazing battery life - I got this as a package deal with the larger TicWatch, which was a really great price for both. I wear the TicBand at work or when swimming since it's less bulky and more water resistant. It doesn't have an OS so you can't download any apps to it or do much special with it. However it counts steps, heart rate, calories, and time correctly. Nice and simple, really awesome battery life. You use the Mobvoi app to upload your data (to which you can also connect your TicWatch and keep track of both devices information) and that app pairs with Google Fit to be able to pair with even more apps. Kind of seems convoluted at first but it's really simple and straight forward. Review: Won't connect to Bluetooth anymore but replacement worked flawlessly - Update after 3 mos.: So there's definitely connectivity issues on my Android devices on both Ticwatch and Ticband, pairing it with an iOS device is seamless. Downside is that the phone I'm currently using is an android. Update: I got a speedy reply and replacement after I reached out to Mobvoi. I'm happy to say that the replacement connected to bluetooth and I was able to add the device on the app on the 1st attempt. The tilt-to-wake functionality is still isn't as responsive as I want but it's a minor issue compared to my original problems. Overall, I'm happy with the company's quick attention and response, they seem to care about their product and customer's satisfaction. I updated the review to 4 stars from 1 purely based on excellent customer service and of course, receiving the device for free. Original review: I got the ticband for free as part of a promo after purchasing the Ticwatch S. I was able to make it connect to bluetooth and add the device to the app once but after a while it stopped connecting to the bluetooth on my phone. So I decided to remove the device and add it again but have been unsuccessful in pairing it or adding the device in the app. I can't sync it with my phone after so many, many attempts. One more negative is that you can't see the time right away when you move your wrist, i have to physically touch the face of the band. Now I'm wondering if the ticwatch S i got for my son will even sync with his phone. It's his Xmas present. I know it's free but makes me leery of the company and their products. Is it just defective or did the bluetooth connectivity quit working or what? Maybe i should have just gotten the fitbit Versa that he wanted....

Very nice band!
Very nice band with basic functions that work as expected. Battery life is very good and the app is also nice. This band is does not come with a charger, it is charged directly into a USB port by removing one of the band sides. On the beginning it can be tough to remove it, but as soon as you get used to it, it's really easy. Very nice build quality and good looking band.

It works, but the manufacturer does not help you to find out, how
Good looking product, shows all the data you need for fitness. No charger available. You have to put one side of the device into a wallcharger, you already have to own from a cellphone or Apple device. That works very bad. The manual is good for nothing. Learn how to operate it.

Cheap product
My ticband stopped connecting to my phone within 6 months of my purchase, and am not able to even reset my device since then. Waste of money, should have invested in more reputed brands...

Works exactly as promised, love the product and the company
I love this band. I wear it every night to track my sleep and all weekend while around the house (I have a Ticwatch that I wear while out). It tracks my heartbeat, sleep patterns, steps, distance traveled, and calories burned perfectly. It also displays the time and date, and has a workout option. The band can be a little tricky to get off, but it works really well once you get the hang of it. It stays on securely and is comfortable to wear. Love this company and their products. Also, their customer service is one of the best around!

Great product with poor instructions (fix below)
It works well. Great build quality and design. It does not come with a charger as it plugs directly into a standard USB port. Got it for free with the TicWatch Pro. Note: To all those who said it doesn't pair with the app or activate, the instructions are unclear. It must be 100% fully charged in order to get it out of shipping mode. When you unplug it, there should be no battery icon at all. Only then could I activate it.

Good Tracker device - Pairing issues
This is a very good Fitness Tracker with near accurate details. Sleep activity is accurate and so are the steps. Faced issues initially to pair the device as it did not have enough charge. The USB port is also tricky and should be inserted the right way to charge the device. Once the device is charged, it paired to my One PLus 6T phone and it works good. I got this free with TicWatch Pro and love this.
