I found this product because I couldn’t deal with another month of losing half a weeks worth sleep due to hot period panties and perimenopause night sweat. If my feminine products are not 100% cotton - I don't want them. After switching to cotton, it has made a tremendous change in my body. The first time I put it on, something switch in my body, like I could feel my body approve of the cotton. It's comfortable, no skin irriation. At this time, I'm 5'4, 254lbs - I do order the L/XL, because I'm curvier, and have hips and back. I will say it is baggy in the crotch area. FOR ME, it's been known to be leak proof. I will say it's too pricey for one pack of 4 however, for my health, it's worth paying the price.
