Choose based on body type
If you have pear body shape and weigh around 55 to 60 i suggest you to go with M if you want a narrow shape and if want it to be comfortable go with L as it gives slight shape and is comfy

Stiriching top notch but cloth could be better
Stitching quality is 10/10 But the adjusting tie is polyester so uncomfortable and the waist band could be more board to be more skin friendly Expecting little more thickness But overall good has to take one size smaller to look smaller but it can be really uncomfortable
