Wow so nice and shiny and light. Cannot wait to start using. BUT! Should double check measurements as the width is Handle to Handle and not base of pan.

I WISH I BOUGHT IT EARLIER. I GOT CARRIED AWAY WITH THE 'TRIPLY' KADHAI TREND AND TRIED TO MAKE ONION TOMATO MASAALA IN IT FOR MY TADKA. MAKING TADKA IN TRI-PLY KADHAI WAS PAINSTAKINGLY BAD. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! THEN, I USED THIS KADHAI. IT'S THICK BOTTON ALLOWS YOU TO MAKE SOOKHI SABZIS (SLOW COOKING METHOD) AS WELL AS TADKA AS OT HAS THINNER SIDES. IT'S SO GOOD TO HAVE JUST ONE KADHAI FOR DIFFERENT TASKS INCLUDING DEEP FRYING. THANK GOD I FOUND IT! IF YOU DON'T WANT TWO DIFFERENT KADHAIS, ONE FOR TADKA, ONE FOR SLOW COOKING, THEN BUY THIS VINOD KADHAI. HERE IN BRITAIN, AWAY FROM INDIA, I FOUND SOME COMFORT IN MY KITCHEN. ❤️

Two handled Kadhai
Arrived as expected. The handles were a little marked, a warm soapy wash sorted that out. Works well on my induction hob. Pleased with ease of handling. Not too heavy for my arthritic hands.

Cookware is mad of very good quality stainlesssteel and great specially for deep frying... Very less chance of burn food since the base is very thick... Handles were still cool while deep frying... 😊☺️
