Useful for a low fibre diet, or to add bulk to a food drinks etc.

This product tastes ok considering it is a dietary / medicinal product. It's not for everyone though, as for some it can give them a stomach ache, this is lessened significantly by having food in your stomach. So it is best to try a single sachet with food first, to see what you think of it.
