Good product, the closing lid is pretty efficient and is not leaking , and is good enough for the price.

Really top quality. Love the ease of the cap, locking function and great colour. Bought as a present for the wife. She loves it.

Didn't use it but it looked to be of excellent quality, but it is quite heavy. I returned it as I felt that with the litre of fluid adding another kilo, it would definitely be too much for me.

Pour my drink into a mug and all my drink leaks out. Doesn’t matter what angle I pour and angle of my mug I loose lots of my drink it leaks everywhere. I have taken care of my travel mug, always hand washed. Disappointed.

Me encantó, es el segundo que adquiero ya qué el sellado impide salida de líquido por lo que es muy seguro, el color esta muy bonito y con un acabado mate, lo recomiendo mucho. El material es de buena calidad y resistente, su capacidad es de una taza y media. Conserva el frio y calor perfectamente. Se requiere un poco de fuerza para destaparlo, con el uso y práctica se vuelve más fácil.

This isn’t a bargain mug; but, as they say, you get what you pay for. The locking mechanism took some getting used to, but works very well. It is a very high quality mug. It looks and feels nice, and is relatively easy to clean. It keeps hot drinks hot, and cold drinks cold. Ice lasts all day. The handle is comfortable for different hand sizes… and it is easy to drink from (once you master the lock). It fits well in car drink holders, as advertised. Would make a good gift. We’d buy it again.

I received this BruMate mug in early February, 2026. It didn’t leak when turned upside down, so this was great. Initially, it did a great job of keeping drinks cold and the majority of the ice unmelted for 8+ hours. I could fill it at 7 AM to 3/4th full of ice, then with cold water from my refrigerator filtered water. I only needed to refill it with water through out the day, because the ice stayed mostly intact. In the last month (May, 2026) it has progressively gotten worse and worse at keeping ice from melting. Today, (June 2, 2026) at 1PM I filled it 3/4th full of ice. I then added cold water from my refrigerator. By 4PM there was only a tiny remnants of ice remaining. That’s 3 hours in an air conditioned house!!! I’ve had this product less than 4 months! I logged into Amazon to see what could be done for this issue. It said I had to contact the seller directly and gave me a link. I clicked on the link and it only took me to a page that said the site didn’t exist. Thinking I may have done “something” to cause this, I clicked the link a second time. Same result. So, I closed the app, ate dinner and came back to Amazon to try the link again (hoping it would work after completely closing the app and then going back in). It still gave me the same message. This left me with the option to come here and leave a review, so that others would not waste their money on a product that only works 3 or less months. It’s utterly ridiculous! I hope that by putting this issue here regarding what happened with this mug, maybe the company will reach out with, not only an explanation, but a refund or, at the least, a replacement. If not, I won’t be buying any BruMate products in the future. I will also let others know of the poor quality and lack of support by the company.
